Process Technician / Assistant Engineer (Semiconductor / 12 hours shift work)

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical process performance and identify deviations or capability issues.
• Evaluate and assign tools according to product specifications and process requirements.
• Adjust and tune equipment to maintain required mechanical performance.
• Perform process disposition, including geometry and HOSPC decisions, and initiate containment actions when needed.
• Support operations with setup checks, corrective actions, and compliance with standard procedures.
• Support high-volume production by ensuring process stability and meeting customer and production targets.
• Assist process engineers with production data collection and evaluation.
• Provide timely technical support and decision-making during critical production periods.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift schedule.
• Internal training will be provided.
