What they need
- Provide direct support to process engineers for assigned processes and modules.
- Drive and optimize process improvement initiatives related to quality, yield, productivity, delivery, and cost.
- Develop and maintain essential engineering documentation, including process control standards, process standards, TWI (Temporary Work Instruction), and engineering OMOI (Operating Mamual and Instructions), ensuring all documents are current.
- Facilitate and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) stages.
- Ensure compliance with all department and corporate policies and procedures, including quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Deliver process-related guidance and knowledge transfer to production staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform advanced troubleshooting of process-related issues.
- Prepare and provide supporting data for Design Review (DR) materials.
