About us
Singapore Acrylic Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd, Japan, (https://www.shokubai.co.jp/en/) is a leading chemical manufacturer producing Crude Acrylic Acid and Glacial Acrylic Acid, which are used for super absorbent polymers, acrylic esters and in many other applications.
Qualifications & experience
- NITEC/Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Process
- At least 2 years' experience in process plant operation
Tasks & responsibilities
- To ensure safe and effective plant operations
- To carry out field work operations, plant commissioning, process troubleshooting and preparation of plant equipment for maintenance
- To operate the plant from automated DCS Control Panel
- To perform minor maintenance work and laboratory tests
- To participate in the emergency response team. The working hours will be a 12-hours shift.
