Process Technician

Overview

Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Process Technician and become a vital driver of production excellence! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment including, injection molding presses, and robotic systems to maintain optimal production flow.
• Program and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robot programming systems, and CNC programming to support automation initiatives.
• Perform machining tasks using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet strict tolerances.
• Engage in process improvement activities utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting and clear parts.
• Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes along with related tooling and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to analyze data effectively using data analysis skills to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and factory experience supporting quality management systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to perform equipment troubleshooting quickly under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting process changes clearly.
