Process Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing and production processes in an EMS environment.

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize conformal coating and dispensing equipment.

• Support conformal coating processes, including coating spray, dispensing, potting, encapsulation, and underfill.

• Assist in identifying root causes of process and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor process parameters and ensure processes are operating within defined specifications.

• Support equipment preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Assist Engineering in process improvement, yield improvement, and reductionof defects/rework.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant hands-on experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with conformal coating equipment and processes.
• Practical experience in process troubleshootingand equipment setup.
• Experience with rework and repair processes.
• Ability to read and understand process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
