Process Technician

Location: East, Singapore

Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,800 per month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (Day: 8 AM – 8 PM / Night: 8 PM – 8 AM) | Schedule: Work 4 days, off 3 days

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Technician to join our team in an industrial environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and maintenance of critical chemical and gas systems, ensuring optimal efficiency, system integrity, and strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• System Operations & Maintenance: Perform daily operations, routine sampling, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of chemical and gas systems to ensure stability.
• Material Handling: Safely conduct chemical drum and gas cylinder replacements, waste disposal, and the receipt/delivery of materials to designated storage locations.
• Troubleshooting: Carry out critical part replacements and troubleshoot system issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily operational logs, record concentration data, and manage documentation for TCGM-related activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: Relevant background in chemical, gas systems, semiconductor, or industrial plant operations is a strong advantage.
• Core Competencies: Basic troubleshooting abilities, strong record-keeping skills, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
• Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic industrial or plant setting.
