What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production processes and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Assist with machine setup, product changeover and process parameter verification.
- Verify machine programs, recipes, tooling and process settings.
- Monitor process parameters, defects, yield and production performance.
- Support FVI, vision inspection, tape-and-reel and packaging operations.
- Assist Process Engineers with qualification, trial runs, NPI and process improvement.
- Support defect investigation, containment and corrective actions.
- Perform required MES/MIPS transactions and maintain product/lot traceability.
- Follow ESD, safety, quality and 5S requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering and QA.
