Process Technician

We are hiring skilled Process Technicians to support our injection molding operations on B or D shift. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with GMP regulations. Available Shifts Are

• A Shift Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• B Shift Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
• C Shift Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• D Shift Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6PM-6AM

These are 12 hr shifts... 3 days one week, then 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5!

Key Responsibilities

Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality

Perform quality control checks, maintain GMP-compliant documentation

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding and auxiliary equipment

Conduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standards

Collaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reporting

Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities

Manage material flow and inventory within production lines

Lead shift operations and mentor junior staff when required

Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing setting

Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systems

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and complete technical documentation and logs

Competent in basic math and production analytics

Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durations

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
