Process Technician – Line Technology | Up to $3,300 + Shift Allowance

About the role

Start your career in semiconductor process operations and gain hands-on exposure to product quality, yield and high-volume manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor critical product parameters to maintain product quality and yield
• Analyse daily product capability and identify process abnormalities
• Support preventive and containment actions for in-process excursions
• Perform yield reporting and loss analysis
• Review and perform material disposition on final products
• Detect and provide timely feedback on abnormal losses or defects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations

About you

• Diploma in Engineering or Science
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Able to work a 12-hour permanent day or night shift
