Process Technician – Mechanical Technology | Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance

About the role

Join a high-volume production environment and gain hands-on exposure to process control, tools and advanced manufacturing operations in semiconductor process and manufacturing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical process performance and identify deviations
• Assess tool capability based on product specifications
• Tune and adjust tools to maintain required mechanical capability
• Perform post-process disposition and initiate containment actions when necessary
• Support proper setup checks and corrective actions
• Support high-volume production while meeting customer specifications and output targets
• Assist Process Engineers with data collection and evaluation testing
• Support reliable production operations across 300mm fabs

About you

• Diploma in Engineering or Science

• Good technical, analytical and problem-solving ability

• Able to work a 12-hour permanent day or night shift
