Our dedicated cheese packing facility uses modern technology to deliver high-quality cheese products to supermarkets, food manufacturers and customers across the UK and internationally. With a strong focus on quality, food safety and continuous improvement, our colleagues play a vital role in keeping production running safely and efficiently.
As a Process Technician, you’ll help ensure our production lines operate effectively, our products meet the highest standards and customer orders are completed on time and in full.
In this role, you will:

- Protect product quality – carry out routine quality checks, identify issues and take appropriate action to ensure our products meet required standards.
- Champion food safety – follow site hygiene procedures, food safety requirements and safe systems of work to maintain a clean, compliant production environment.
- Keep production on track – work to production plans, supporting the timely and accurate completion of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records – complete production, quality and traceability documentation in line with site procedures.
- Support continuous improvement – carry out basic troubleshooting, report equipment issues and help minimise downtime through effective housekeeping and equipment care.
You’ll be joining a workplace where collaboration and curiosity are encouraged. Where questioning “how it’s always been done” is part of daily life. And where discovering better ways of working is simply what we do.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail and understands the importance of getting things right first time.
You’ll bring:
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.
- An understanding of health and safety, food safety and hygiene requirements within a production environment.
- The ability to follow procedures, production plans and quality standards accurately.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting effective production.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- A reliable and flexible approach, with good attendance and punctuality.
It would be great if you also have:
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or a similar FMCG environment.
- Experience operating production lines, machinery or automated equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and an understanding of how to minimise production downtime.
Above all, you’ll be committed to maintaining high standards, working safely and taking ownership of your responsibilities. You’ll share our values: Be Better, Be Collaborative, Be Inquisitive, Be Yourself and Take Ownership.
We help our people become the best versions of themselves, take pride in what they do and bring out the strength in others. If that excites you — you’ll fit right in here.

Here, you’ll find:
- Strong training foundations.
- Opportunities to develop your technical and production skills.
- A workplace where curiosity and new ideas are encouraged.
- A supportive, collaborative team environment.
