Process Technician/Teknisi Proses

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for assisting process engineers in the product synthesis process, including raw material control, preparation for starting synthesis, synthesis process, termination of synthesis, and handling of semi-products after synthesis.
2. Responsible for controlling product synthesis parameters to ensure they are within the ranges specified by the engineer.
3. Responsible for collecting synthesis production data, both in the form of notes and inspection images.
4. Responsible for making improvements with engineers to improve production quality.
5. Coordinating with process engineers regarding other tasks related to the production process.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or a related technical field
2. Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are highly preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
