Ensure Quality & GMP Compliance

  • Ensure engineering activities and projects comply with applicable GMP and pharmaceutical quality requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate qualification, Good Documentation Practices and Change Control processes are followed.
  • Contribute to the management and resolution of technical deviations.

Coordinate Contractors & External Partners

  • Manage contractors, suppliers and technical service providers throughout project execution and engineering activities.
  • Ensure that work is carried out safely and in line with technical specifications, procedures and site requirements.

Contribute to Safety & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities to strengthen the site's technical capabilities.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Around 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in Engineering, Maintenance or Industrial Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing industrial projects and capital investments, ideally from initial definition through to implementation and commissioning.
  • Good understanding of industrial equipment, engineering, reliability and operational performance.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment would be an advantage, as would knowledge of GMP.
