Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aimed at enhancing team performance and process compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong process expertise, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to identify and close knowledge and performance gaps across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of existing processes and workflows.
• Identify gaps between current performance and desired outcomes.
• Assess training needs and knowledge gaps across teams.
• Design, develop, and facilitate targeted training programs and instructional materials (e.g., manuals, presentations, and assessments) aligned with strategic business objectives
• Empower our team by delivering engaging learning experiences across the entire company, from front-line analysts to the leadership team.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
• Revise training content based on evolving process updates and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure training efforts align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and innovations in training and development.
• Actively participate in daily operational workflows. Spend 10% of time to perform core tasks alongside the team to maintain hands-on expertise and ensure all training materials reflect current best practices.
• Recommend and support initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and employee performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Process Trainer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Demonstrated ability to assess process gaps and identify compliance issues
• Skilled in developing targeted training programs and performance improvement plans
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions for process inefficiencies
• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership to define, structure, and deploy strategic performance enhancement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the demonstrated ability to translate operational inefficiencies into scalable, systemic solutions.
