What they need
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 12 years of experience as a Process Trainer.
* BPO experience is mandatory
* Experience in Voice/Customer Support process preferred
* Excellent communication, presentation & coaching skills
* Candidates from PAN India with BPO Trainer experience can apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Conducting new hire training for customer support voice process
* Delivering process, product & soft skills training sessions
* Monitoring trainee performance and conducting assessments
* Providing floor support and refresher training sessions
* Identifying training needs and performance gaps
* Maintaining training trackers, reports & documentation
* Ensuring process compliance and quality standards
* Coordinating with operations and quality teams for continuous improvement
