What they need
We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to train and develop Voice Process Associates handling customer-facing roles such as Customer Support Associate , Customer Service Executive and issue-resolution processes for our client, Porter.
Required Candidate profile
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in Process Training (Voice Process Roles)
* Training customer-facing voice process employees will be preferred.
* Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
