Process Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, particularly within the BPO sector. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to assess the training requirements of various teams and ensure that training content is relevant and effective. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training (OJT) to facilitate learning and skill development. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. - Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Maintain training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training solutions. - Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable. - Proficiency in conducting TNA and TNI.
