-Providing training for international voice support, handling inbound customer queries, billing and account resolution
-Handled inbound customer support for US clients
- Delivered first call resolution (FCR) to enhance customer experience.
-Resolving complex inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing operational efficiency
