Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibility

• Create training and development programs / plans for specific LOB
• Responsible for New hire training (end to end)
• Coordination for refresher training bases TNI's. Refresher training with efficacy mapping
• Track and improve post training effectiveness
• Responsible for Floor training based on TNI (end to end)
• Manage PKTs & all Knowledge assessments
• Consult with TL's/peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiatives
• Participate in calibration session within the team and with Quality / Operations when required
• Closely work with Operations and get their input/feedback as to where are the shortcomings in the process

Preferred Competencies

• Good command over spoken and written English
• Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment
• Highly energetic and self-motivated
