Job Description Process Trainer | Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: BPO / Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and OJT for sales processes.

• Deliver product, process and sales training to new and existing employees.

• Conduct refresher training based on performance gaps.

• Train employees on sales techniques, objection handling, customer handling and conversion improvement.

• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, nesting and performance tracking.

• Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans.

• Conduct mock calls, role plays and feedback sessions.

• Coordinate with Operations, Quality and WFM teams.

• Maintain training MIS and prepare regular training reports.

• Ensure adherence to process SOPs and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in Sales BPO.

• Strong experience in Sales Training, NHT, OJT and Refresher Training.

• Good understanding of sales metrics, conversion and productivity.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of BPO Sales/Outbound Sales.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
