Job Title: Process Trainer – Market Development (Sales)

Location: Mumbai / Andheri

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Onboarding: Design and drive comprehensive onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs for new hires and tenured reps.
• Sales Enablement: Train teams on core sales funnels, lead conversion strategies, objection handling, and customer handling techniques.
• Performance Management: Partner with sales leaders to diagnose performance gaps and execute targeted interventions to boost conversion rates and quality scores.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging training modules, SOPs, playbooks, assessments, and manage mock call evaluations.
• Data-Driven Impact: Monitor training effectiveness through key business metrics and continuously optimize programs for better ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4–8 years of dedicated training experience, ideally within Sales, Inside Sales, or Market Development.
• Scale: Proven experience in training large teams (20+ members).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong data-driven mindset.
• Industry Preference: Prior background in the internet, matchmaking, tech, or service sectors is a strong plus.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
