🚨Process Trainer \ Sr Manager- Training | US Travel Process
📍 Location: Gurugram
💼 Experience: 6+ Years in International BPO | 2-4 yrs/Product Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver NHA, nesting, refresher & upskilling training.
Train teams on Travel processes and marketplace policies.
Conduct TNA, assessments, mock sessions and performance coaching.
Collaborate with QA & Operations to improve process metrics.
Maintain training reports, trackers and batch performance.
Requirements:
✔ Strong US Voice process knowledge
✔ Excellent English communication
✔ Experience with LMS/CRM & MS Excel
✔ Knowledge of ADDIE/Kirkpatrick is an advantage
