Process Transformation Manager ((Ethanol Busines)

Position : Process Transformation Manager - (Fix Term Contract 2 Years)

To lead our newly established Process Transformation organization, reimagine core business operations, bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation, transform and deliver scalable solutions that drive significant business value and measurable operational excellence. This role will act as the catalyst for enterprise-wide digital evolution, steering our transition toward a seamless, data-driven, and highly integrated operational ecosystem.

Responsibility

• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives aligned with business goals to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
• Process Re-engineering & Optimization: Analyze as-is workflows, identify bottlenecks/waste, and design future-state processes leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Digitalization & Automation Delivery: Partner with IT and business units to identify, evaluate, and implement digital tools, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional transformation projects on time and within budget, driving stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and organizational change readiness.
• Performance Tracking & Governance: Establish transformation KPIs, monitor post-implementation performance, and institute continuous monitoring mechanisms to sustain improvements.

Knowledge/ Ability

• Deep proficiency in process improvement, process mapping, and reengineering frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong foundation in Business Analysis, data flow design, relational data modeling, and business formula architecture.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and data visualization tools.
• Good communication, presentation and reporting skills; proficiency in Power Point and Excel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Process Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Operations Excellence, or related fields.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable digital, automation, and data-driven solutions in collaboration with IT.
• Strong project, stakeholder, change management, and executive communication skills.
