Process Worker

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, adaptable Process Worker to join our Napier factory team. In addition to day-to-day manufacturing operations, this role serves as a key backup for our Storeman, providing seamless cover during leave, peak periods, or schedule changes.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Preparing and handling raw materials
• Checking product quality
• Packing finished goods, ready to head out to our customers
• Pitching in with your team to keep things running safely and smoothly
• Storeman Coverage: Stepping in to handle inward/outward goods, forklift operation, stock handling, and store dispatch documentation when required
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

About you

• Prior experience in process work or manufacturing
• Current Forklift License (or experience with forklift operations) is highly regarded
• Mechanically minded with strong practical problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail for inventory accuracy and quality checks
• Excellent reliability, self-motivation, and a safety-first mindset
• Physically fit for active, hands-on warehouse and factory work
