Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Petrochemicals, or related fields
• Previous experience in the chemical industry is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness and ability to work in a three-shift system
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SCADA systems is preferred
• Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience
• Forklift Operator Certificate is preferred
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Ceyhan, Adana

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that production activities are carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety rules and company procedures,
• Support the production of products in accordance with quality standards and production plans,
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations by providing the necessary information during shift handovers,
• Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency across production processes,
• Identify and respond to operational issues during production and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary,
• Perform routine checks of machinery, equipment, and utility systems,
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient production environment,
• Monitor process performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
