Process Worker (Roller Blind Assembly)

ONESOLOMON has been making window furnishings in Queensland since 1987. We're growing, and we need another set of hands in our roller blind production area.

What you'll be doing:

• Assembling roller blinds to order specifications — cutting, fabricating, and fitting components (tubes, brackets, chains, bottom rails, fabric)
• Reading job tickets accurately and matching finished product to the customer's order
• Quality-checking your own work before it moves to the next stage
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Working as part of a small team to hit daily production targets
• Reporting faults, damaged stock, or process issues to your team leader

What we're looking for:

• Someone reliable who turns up on time, every time
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail — this work is precise, not rushed
• Physically able to stand for a shift and handle repetitive tasks
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery (training provided)
• Manufacturing, trade, or process work experience is a plus but not essential — we'll train the right person
• A team player who takes pride in getting it right the first time

What's on offer:

• Steady, consistent hours at our Cleveland factory
• On-the-job training from an experienced team
• Working for an established, growing Queensland business
• A no-nonsense workplace — we measure twice, and we expect the same from our people

If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
