What they need
About the role
Coordinate with relevant departments for project implementation
Implement automation systems (PLC, pneumatic systems, sensors) in existing processes.
Resolve machine issues impacting production efficiency
Create technical manuals, drawings, and training documentation for equipment
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
Collaborate with equipment suppliers to resolve issues
Develop and maintain clear process documentation for production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the field of engineering or similar
- Min. 2 years of professional experience
- Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge, and PLC understanding
- Able to work independently, excellent teamwork spirit, good communication skills.
- Able to communicate in spoken and written Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
