Processes & Applications Advisor

I am currently looking for a Processes & Applications Advisor to join our team at Celestica. This is a highly autonomous Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for a specialist who loves tackling complex operational problems and designing future-ready processes.

What we are looking for:

• Continuous Improvement: 6–10 years driving Lean / Six Sigma in a manufacturing & SCM environment.
• SCM + IT Knowledge: Strong grasp of supply chain processes, enterprise IT systems, and database workflows.
• Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading requirement-gathering workshops to align operations with tech solutions.
• Data Analysis: Able to use data and statistical tools to identify process bottlenecks and advise leadership.
