Processing & Ingredient Research Staff

About the role

This is a Food R&D role focused on ingredient and process research, product improvement, shelf life studies, and special projects in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct screening, benchmarking, and trials in laboratory and production settings to evaluate ingredients and process parameters for product development and improvement
• Perform process optimization and product improvement to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Conduct shelf life studies and evaluate product quality changes during storage
• Execute special projects related to research, improvement, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and QMRA teams to ensure smooth project execution and target achievement
• Placement : Megamendung, Bogor

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Food R&D, with experience in manufacturing/FMCG industry, particularly meat processing, as an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic statistical analysis to support data processing and analytical reporting
• Agile, self-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with ability to work independently and in teams
• Willing to work hands-on in laboratory and production areas
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety
