We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Processing Manager to lead our Processing Department and ensure that immigration applications are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the Processing Team
• Monitor the progress of all active client applications
• Assign and distribute cases to Processing Officers
• Ensure documents and client information are complete and accurate
• Review applications before submission
• Monitor processing timelines and deadlines
• Coordinate with Immigration Advisors and other departments
• Handle processing issues, escalations, and client concerns
• Prepare regular processing reports and updates for management
• Implement procedures to improve processing efficiency and quality
• Ensure the team follows company policies and processing standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in immigration processing, visa processing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of document processing and case management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• UAE work experience is an advantage
