We are looking for a Processing Officer who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling immigration applications and client documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain client immigration applications
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and organize application documents
• Update and maintain client records and case files
• Monitor application status and processing deadlines
• Coordinate with Immigration Advisors regarding client requirements
• Follow up on missing documents and pending requirements
• Communicate processing updates to the relevant teams
• Ensure all documents and information are properly recorded
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Perform other processing-related duties assigned by the Processing Manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visa, immigration, documentation, or administrative processing is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Team player with a professional attitude
• UAE experience is an advantage
