Processing Officer

The Processing Officer manages client applications and helps clients through the immigration or job process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client applications from start to end.
• Contact new clients within 24 hours.
• Explain the process and required documents.
• Send a welcome email and document checklist.
• Call clients regularly and give updates.
• Maintain clear and professional communication.
• Update client details in the system (CRM).
• Collect and check client documents.
• Do a pre-screening call to verify client information.
• Find missing details and coordinate with the team.
• Prepare evaluation reports for clients.
• Suggest suitable countries or job options.
• Complete the evaluation within one week.
• Share profiles with the Resume team for CV preparation.
• Conduct mock interviews for clients.
• Track resume submissions and employer responses.
• Update clients on progress every 10 days.
