Processing Operator / Factory Hand – Stainless Steel Processing | WA

Full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, at our Bibra Lake Distribution Centre. Our operating hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a range of shift options available.

The Opportunity

Looking for a stable, long-term role with real career growth in a family-owned business? We’re looking for a Processing Operator / Factory Hand with forklift experience to join our Processing team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help process and move stainless and performance steel safely and efficiently, while ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of the day-to-day warehouse and processing operation, including:

• Loading plate and bar onto cutting machines to match works orders
• Putting away stock and offcuts in the right locations and keeping storage optimised
• Cleaning, labelling and packing processed product, then preparing it for dispatch
• Helping with incoming deliveries and moving stock around the site
• Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised

Responsibilities are not limited to those listed above.

What You'll Bring

Essential

• LF Forklift Licence (Essential)
• Experience working in a trade assistance role
• Knowledge & experience with power tools
• Knowledge of care, maintenance, and operation of bandsaw cutting machinery
• Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team

Desirable

• Experience in warehouse operations
• Experience operating forklifts
• Experience handling stainless steel products
• Dogman's licence or overhead crane experience
