Überblick

Als Processing Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von Chargeback- und Dispute-Fällen. Sie untersuchen Zahlungsreklamationen, entscheiden anhand der Kartenschemaregeln und arbeiten eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um effiziente, regelkonforme und serviceorientierte Prozesse sicherzustellen.
Die Rolle ist ein zentraler Bestandteil zur Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität, fristgerechter Bearbeitung und optimaler Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bearbeitung von Chargeback-Fällen gemäß den Regularien der Kartenorganisationen (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, nationale Systeme)
• Prüfung von Unterlagen, Transaktionsdaten und Basisinformationen
• Einhaltung aller internen und externen Compliance- und Regulatorikvorgaben
• korrekter Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Disputen in schriftlicher und telefonischer Form
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
• Nutzung interner Chargeback-Managementsysteme zur Fallverfolgung und Statusaktualisierung
• Mitarbeit bei kleineren Verbesserungsinitiativen im Team

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Genauigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
• Analytisches Denken sowie starke Problemlösungskompetenz
• Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Bearbeitung mehrerer Fälle parallel
• Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit auch Team übergreifend
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke

Was von Vorteil wäre:

• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Chargeback-/Dispute‑Themen, Fraud oder Zahlungsverkehr
• Grundkenntnisse der Regelwerke der Kartenorganisationen (z. B. Visa, Mastercard) wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen Systemen oder Case‑Management‑Tools von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook
• Verständnis für grundlegende Abläufe im Kartenzahlungsverkehr oder in Customer‑Operations‑Bereichen
