Processor (UAEN Only)

The unit is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled processing of escrow and related banking transactions, supporting reliable operational delivery across the organization. It maintains the integrity of transaction records, documentation, and system data while ensuring adherence to established internal controls, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. The unit supports efficient end-to-end processing by maintaining accurate records, identifying and escalating discrepancies, and keeping workflow systems current. It also contributes to audit readiness through proper filing, documentation, and process compliance. Through consistent operational execution and effective use of banking and workflow systems, the unit helps minimize processing errors and operational risk while supporting high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Accurately process escrow transactions and input required information into core banking and escrow management systems.
• Documentation & Record Management: File, maintain, and archive transaction records in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Operational Control & Escalation: Review transaction documentation and promptly identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or processing exceptions.
• System & Workflow Updates: Maintain accurate and timely records in BPM and other relevant operational systems to ensure process information remains current.
• Risk, Compliance & Audit Support: Adhere to applicable procedures, controls, and governance requirements while supporting audit reviews and providing required transaction documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Operational Knowledge: Understanding of banking transaction-processing procedures, controls, and documentation requirements.
• Systems Knowledge: Exposure to core banking or payment platforms such as Finacle or Flexcube is preferred.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to process data and documentation accurately and identify discrepancies.
• Core Competencies: Good organizational, communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills, with the ability to follow procedures and deliver within required timelines.
