Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader RCM AR with 5-6 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (Accounts Receivable). The ideal candidate should have mandatory SME experience and be capable of supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily AR operations and assist the Team Leader.
• Handle complex AR cases and provide SME support to the team.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
• Conduct quality checks and provide coaching to team members.
• Resolve process escalations and ensure timely claim follow-up.
• Prepare basic operational reports and support process improvements.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM AR.
• Mandatory SME experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of AR follow-up, denials, and appeals.
• Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Location: Chennai, coimbatore , Trivandrum
