JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum 3 years of PTP/AP experience

Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing, Travel & Expense, and Payments

Able to join within one month or earlier

SSC/BPO experience preferred

SAP/S/4HANA exposure is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Perform accounts payable such as Payments, GR/IR, P2P Closing, Process invoice (matching, error, policy & tax regulation)

Record exception case and report to the AP Manager

Perform checking over vendor invoices for correctness and completeness per purchasing.

Support and contributes to internal process optimization.

Perform process improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin

3 to 5 years in Account Payable in SSC or BPO

Hands on with ERP such experience with SAP or S/4HANA is an added advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (due to handling Mandarin speaker country)
