Procure to Pay Associate Manager (PTP)

Role Summary

Join our Finance Operations team as a Procure to Pay Associate Manager and lead PTP service delivery, team performance, and client engagement. Drive operational excellence by ensuring SLA compliance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across Procure to Pay operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day Procure to Pay operations and ensure SLA and KPI achievement
• Review and approve PTP transactions, including invoice and payment processing activities
• Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and operational metrics
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, clarify processes, and align scope
• Handle escalations, complex inquiries, and process control implementation
• Prepare performance reports and provide operational insights to management
• Drive process improvements and procedure updates
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• At least 7 years of Procure to Pay (PTP) experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience
• Experience in at least one of the following: Purchase Order Creation, Invoice Processing, or Payment Processing
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and escalations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule

Good to Have

• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives
• Exposure to Accounts Payable or broader Finance Operations processes
