Procurement Admin Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Procurement Admin Assistant to join our team at Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd in Penampang, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the procurement and purchasing processes, including order placement, tracking, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including supplier information and purchase orders
• Support the inventory management team by conducting regular stock checks, analysing inventory levels, and identifying potential shortages or surpluses
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any procurement-related issues or queries
• Prepare and process invoices, delivery notes, and other procurement-related documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and inventory management processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or administrative support role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
