Procurement Admin

Fresh Factory is looking for an Admin Procurement to support our procurement and purchasing activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle procurement administration and documentation.
• Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, orders, delivery, and invoices.
• Maintain and update vendor and procurement records.
• Monitor purchasing status and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Support price comparisons and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments regarding procurement processes.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and administrative documents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Administration.
• Good understanding of basic procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good at documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
• Willing to work WFO in South Jakarta.
