- Liaise closely with clients, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication and smooth teamwork. Source and compare competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to help us secure the best value and quality for our projects.
- Monitor real-time maintenance job progress to guarantee timely completion and keep our service standards exceptionally high.
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and update job status records so that our operations remain transparent, organized, and data-driven.
- Maintain neat, organized filing and administrative records to help our office run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide proactive administrative support to the wider operations team, allowing us to conquer daily challenges together.
