Procurement Analyst

About the role

Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing essential assistance to the procurement team by ensuring accurate documentation, supplier coordination, and cost-effective procurement operations. This role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring procurement systems, and contributing to supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related courses (BS Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or any related field)

• At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in procurement or supply chaing

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented, maintaining compliance and accuracy

• Knowledgeable in contract management, supplier relationship management and regulatory requirements

• Experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred but not mandatory

• Proficiency in MS Office and Procurement System

• Adept to SAP and other ERP platforms
