Procurement Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst with strong data analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will manage and analyse supplier, procurement and contract data, ensuring information is accurate, reliable and up to date.

Working closely with the Procurement team, you will use a variety of systems to maintain data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain supplier, procurement and contract data.
• Analyse data and prepare reports, dashboards and insights.
• Maintain accurate records within Datazen and contract management systems.
• Use Excel, Pivot Tables and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Support supplier onboarding, contract administration and procurement reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis, procurement analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with vendor, procurement or contract management systems.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Procurement experience will be highly regarded.
