Procurement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement and purchasing data, including costs, orders, and supplier performance.

• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.

• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and cost analyses.

• Compare supplier quotations and assist in negotiating favorable terms.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.

• Monitor market prices and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• With relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or data analysis is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
