Position: Procurement Analyst

Client Location: Airoli Mindspace near Airoli Station, Navi Mumbai-400708

Job Summary:

We are looking for a procurement analyst with 25 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP MM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. This is an analytical procurement role and not a purely transactional role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and strategic sourcing activities.
• Manage procurement transactions, vendor information, and purchasing data in SAP MM.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Power BI/Macros preferred).
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement operations.
• Maintain procurement master data and ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and support sourcing initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• SAP MM (Mandatory).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI and/or Excel Macros.
• Procurement reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
