Procurement Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Insights Specialist to support procurement excellence through strong process knowledge, data-driven insights, and effective stakeholder communication.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across purchasing and procurement processes, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Use your SAP Ariba expertise to support process optimisation, operational excellence, and business adoption.
• Analyse purchasing, supplier, compliance, and spend data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support procurement governance through the development and maintenance of policies, standards, and procedures.
• Apply procurement classification methodologies, including UNSPSC, to improve spend visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Validate data and reporting outputs, investigate inconsistencies, and provide fact-based recommendations.
• Develop meaningful management reports, performance analyses, and business insights.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive materials, translating complex procurement topics into clear and actionable stories.

What we are looking for

• 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, procurement excellence, business analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, governance, compliance, and operational controls.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and purchasing/procurement workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with procurement and spend data.
• Understanding of UNSPSC structures, procurement taxonomy, and category management principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow, including operational data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and reporting.
• Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex data and topics into compelling executive-level presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
