PROCUREMENT ANALYST SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications:

• Develop, track, and report procurement cost saving initiatives across categories.
• Prepare regular reports on cost savings, cost avoidance, and procurement KPIs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen procurement governance frameworks to enhance transparency and accountability.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of procurement processes.
• Lead the alignment and standardization of procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across business units.
• Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure proper vendor registration and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor update purchase prices from vendors in the system/database.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing records for all procurement categories.
• Analyze price changes and identify significant variances or inconsistencies.
• Ensure pricing compliance with contracts, agreements, and approved quotations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in procurement or procurement analytics.
• Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance and compliance.
• Good analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
• Experienced in vendor management and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and procurement systems.
• Located in Bintaro, Tangerang.
