We execute projects under national flagship programmes including AMRUT 2.0, Namami Gange, and state-level urban development missions, with operations spanning 6+ states and an annual turnover exceeding 300 crore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert procurement-related inputs into structured formats (POs, emails, Excel sheets, rate comparison sheets)
• Perform basic verification of purchase orders, invoices, e-way bills and delivery details
• Track pending orders, invoices, and payments
• Communicate with vendors for collection of QAP, pending invoices and confirmations
• Manage third party inspection of the materials
• Maintain and update purchase and vendor records
• Maintain all historic purchase related data of materials, rates & vendors
• Coordinate with procurement manager and site accountants for required documents and confirmations
• Assist procurement & accounts team with ad-hoc data and documentation tasks

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com from reputed institution or similar preferred)
• Fresher or 02 years experience
• Good working knowledge of Excel and typing skills
• Strong language skills in English
• Basic understanding of invoices and taxation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
