Procurement & Asset Supervisor

We're now looking for Procurement & Asset Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year college course.
• Has experience in sourcing suppliers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for project bidding.
• Has an extensive network of reliable contractors and suppliers, covering office and janitorial supplies, building maintenance, construction, and property development.
• Has basic knowledge of asset management, including manual monitoring, asset issuance, inventory tracking, and costing.
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in organizing, consolidating, and maintaining reports and records.
• Able to review and organize existing reports and documentation from previous personnel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Willing to prepare and present procurement-related reports, including bidding results, supply chain updates, sourcing activities, and other relevant reports
