Procurement & Estimation Specialist — Construction

We are looking for a Procurement & Estimation Specialist to join our construction team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction and fit-out projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and BOQs
• Calculating quantities and preparing material take-offs
• Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Sourcing construction materials, equipment and services
• Negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers
• Preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Monitoring material costs and project budgets
• Working closely with project managers, engineers and site teams
• Maintaining procurement and cost documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction procurement and/or quantity surveying / estimating
• Good knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
• Strong Excel skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to compare quotations and identify the best commercial options
• Russian language is a plus
• English language — preferably at a working level
• Experience in construction or fit-out projects in Dubai/UAE is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• AED 5,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
